Hotel Imperial - Ambato

Hotel Imperial in Ambato has been an excellent choice for us. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to the bus station, and the helpful staff. We were impressed by how thoroughly the hotel was cleaned every day. The facilities provided were great, and the hotel's proximity to the bus station made our transportation very convenient. The staff were really nice too assist us.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Daily cleaning. Pet-friendly. Fair price. Good breakfast. Going back.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I found two aspects to be particularly enjoyable. the location was excellent , it was very close to the main bus and train stations, which made it very convenient for me to travel around. I loved the fact that they allowed pets , I was able to bring my furry friend with me and it made my stay even more comfortable. the breakfast offered was decent and gave me a good start to my day.

There were some aspects I disliked. the inside and outside of the hotel could definitely use some maintenance , there were signs of peeling paint, ill, fitting doors, and even holes in the floor.

The room was clean and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The location was convenient, close to where I needed to go and within easy reach of the main attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

There were some minor issues that I encountered during my stay. The noise from the street was a bit bothersome until midnight, but it wasn't too bad.
